Jinzhong Shares Plans to Acquire All Equity of Kaichi and Fixed Assets of Mondachi

Jinzhong Shares announced plans to acquire 100% equity of Kaichi and all fixed assets of Mondachi with cash, aiming to enter the automotive exterior parts sector including bumpers, spoilers, and door panels. The company has signed a letter of intent with Kaichi and its sole shareholder Ningbo Dechi, and an asset purchase term sheet with Mondachi and its sole shareholder Mondachi Suzhou, covering all fixed assets held by Mondachi as of July 31, 2026. Mondachi is engaged in automotive interior and exterior parts, with its operating premises and production lines certified by vehicle manufacturers and in stable mass production. Some equipment is leased from Kaichi, which has no other operations beyond leasing assets. Jinzhong Shares stated that this transaction will enrich its product portfolio, shorten customer certification and capacity building cycles, leverage existing industrial accumulation to quickly achieve business synergies, cultivate new growth points and enhance overall competitiveness, while also improving capacity layout to expand into the Yangtze River Delta market.
