Zhejiang Huashi Technology Co., Ltd. announced that, due to failure to reach agreement on core transaction terms, it has decided to terminate the acquisition of a 30% equity stake in Jiangxi Aoxing Technology Co., Ltd. for 300 million yuan of its own funds. The company's board of directors approved the acquisition proposal on August 14, 2026, but after subsequent negotiations, the two parties failed to agree on core terms. To control investment risk and protect shareholder interests, the deal was terminated by mutual agreement.
