Puris released its 2026 interim report. First-half net profit attributable to the parent was 2.59 million yuan, down 95.2% year on year, while operating revenue was 372 million yuan, down 4.6% year on year. In the second quarter, operating revenue was 178 million yuan, down 16.5% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent was a loss of 9.43 million yuan, down 120.2% year on year. The company said that due to structural adjustments in the biopharmaceutical industry and intensifying competition in the clinical research outsourcing sector, operating pressure is relatively high. At the same time, increased staffing reserves led to higher employee compensation expenses, putting short-term profitability under pressure. During the reporting period, newly signed contract value was 450 million yuan, down 25.07% year on year. The company is responding to challenges through measures such as management review, business development expansion, and digital and intelligent upgrades.
