GLP J-REIT

GLP J-REIT is a real estate investment corporation (J-REIT) specializing in modern logistics facilities. It was established on September 16, 2011 under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, with GLP Japan Advisors Inc. as the founder, and its units have been listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange since December 21, 2012. With GLP Japan Inc. as its sponsor, it aims to earn stable income and achieve steady growth in assets under management over the medium and long term. Since beginning operations in January 2013 with 30 properties (total acquisition price of 208,731 million yen), it has steadily expanded its portfolio and, as of the end of the current fiscal period, owns 86 properties (total acquisition price of 868,755 million yen). Effective March 1, 2025, GLP Japan Inc. became part of Ares Management Corporation.
