GoodVision AI and AI Storm Partner to Build 100 MW AI Factory Network in Japan
GoodVision AI has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AI Storm to jointly develop a network of AI Factories in Japan, targeting a total installed AI compute capacity of 100 megawatts within three years. The partnership begins with a flagship 2-megawatt liquid-cooled facility in Fukushima, housing 72 NVIDIA B300 servers with over 500 GPUs, expected to be operational within three months. The companies plan to scale to 20 megawatts within 12 months and reach the full 100-megawatt target through a phased, modular deployment model, supported by more than fifty reserved sites across Tokyo and surrounding areas. GoodVision will provide its vertically integrated AI Factory platform and Smart Routing Engine software, while AI Storm contributes local market expertise and enterprise relationships. The Fukushima site will serve as a core node in GoodVision's global infrastructure expansion strategy.
