Rakus to acquire Oasis-held Plus Alpha shares for 23.1 billion yen

Rakus announced on the 14th that it will acquire all 16.30% of voting rights in Plus Alpha Consulting held by Hong Kong investment fund Oasis Management. The total acquisition price is 23.1 billion yen, with Oasis transferring the Plus Alpha shares at 3,350 yen per share. The scheduled settlement date is August 21. Rakus's stake in Plus Alpha will increase from 5.91% to 22.21%, making it the largest shareholder in place of Oasis.
