It also engages in the construction and sale of Swedish style houses; and insurance brokerage business, as well as provision of transportation, operation, warehousing, and recycling of food containers. In addition, the company sells machinery; imports-exports housing-related materials; renovates, extends, and reconstructs general houses and condominiums; and provides wooden truss of roofs and floors for small houses. Further, it provides transportation and logistics, and automobile-inspection services, as well as warehousing, factory works, and worker dispatching services; manages food and beverage distribution center, and delivery operation; and manufactures housing components for Sweden house. The company was formerly known as Toyo Wood Products Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Tomoku Co., Ltd. in January 1971. Tomoku Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1940 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Tomoku, Hitoto HD, Spa Tool, and Others Announce New Shareholder Benefits and Subsidiary Acquisitions

Tomoku will implement a shareholder benefit and special benefit, presenting a 10,000 yen Quo Card to shareholders holding 300 shares or more. Hitoto Holdings resolved to acquire shares of SPD & Company, which has human resources service businesses including security services under its umbrella, and make it a subsidiary. Spa Tool's consolidated results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 fell into a net loss. Vitabrid Japan introduced a shareholder benefit program, granting points usable on its own e-commerce site to shareholders who continuously hold 100 shares or more for at least three months as of the end of February each year. Top Culture will implement a shareholder benefit to commemorate its 40th anniversary, providing an additional 1,000 yen book card to shareholders holding 500 shares or more as of the end of October 2026, on top of the regular benefit. Komehyo Holdings resolved to make Garage Bank, a fintech company utilizing asset-based financing, a subsidiary, with an estimated acquisition price of 1.68 billion yen. MH Group resolved to establish a subsidiary engaged in AI business, and Timco resolved to establish a Chinese subsidiary.
