eSOL Co., Ltd. operates an embedded software business in Japan through two segments: Embedded Software Business and Sensing Solutions Business. Its products include the eMCOS real-time operating system and hypervisor platform, eT-Kernel RTOS, development tools such as eDEVS and eBinder, middleware, and industrial network solutions. It also develops and sells hardware including in-vehicle printers, handheld terminals, and forklift terminal holders. Formerly known as ERG Co., Ltd., it changed its name to eSOL Co., Ltd. in May 2001, was incorporated in 1975, and is headquartered in Nakano, Japan.
