Startline announced that RESQWO, a disability employment support service in collaboration with WOWOW Communications, has won the Excellence Award in the fiscal 2026 Customer Support Recognition Program hosted by the Japan Institute of Information Technology. The award theme was 'Practices in Disability Employment Contributing to Customer Support Quality Improvement,' recognizing that people with disabilities handle core tasks such as response quality evaluation and report creation, achieving quality improvement and operational efficiency at contact centers. Evaluation points included redesigning and streamlining quality control operations, expanding the scope of activities for people with disabilities, and balancing quality improvement with social value creation. The company plans to continue expanding the provision of RESQWO through collaboration with WOWOW Communications.
