T. Hasegawa USA has released its 2026 Summer Flavors report, highlighting five sweet and five savory flavors inspired by global cuisines and consumer trends. The sweet flavors include Firework, a cherry, lime, and blue raspberry blend; Prickly Pear; Sweetcorn; White Peach; and Blackberry. The savory flavors are Charcoal, Guajillo, Yakitori, Spicy Coconut, and White Miso. The report also notes that 64% of U.S. consumers want more international food products, while 44% of U.S. and Canadian consumers are influenced by traditional and nostalgic flavors.
