Osaka Titanium Technologies to raise up to about 22 billion yen through public offering and other means

It will issue 7 million new shares and conduct an additional sale of up to 1.05 million shares. The issue price will be determined on one of the days from September 1 to 4, and the payment date will be September 9 or 10. The estimated net proceeds are up to 21,979.7 million yen, all of which will be allocated to capital investment related to sponge titanium production at the Amagasaki plant, with any remaining amount used to repay borrowings.
