SOLIZE PARTNERS Corporation and Dassault Systèmes in Japan have entered into a Consulting & System Integration Partner Program agreement to help manufacturers accelerate digital transformation. The agreement was formally signed in Tokyo by Yusuke Inoue, President of SOLIZE PARTNERS Corporation, Philippe Godbout, Managing Director of Dassault Systèmes in Japan, and Mahadevan V. S., CEO & Director of SOLIZE PARTNERS India. As a partner in Japan, SOLIZE PARTNERS will combine its engineering and manufacturing expertise with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform to support customers across the product lifecycle, enabling faster development, improved quality, reduced costs and greater collaboration. The partnership addresses the industry challenge of disconnected engineering data and loss of critical product development knowledge, aiming to help organizations integrate engineering and business data and create connected digital engineering environments. It also builds on the SOLIZE Group's more than 25-year relationship with Dassault Systèmes in India, allowing SOLIZE PARTNERS in Japan to leverage extensive experience and technical expertise to better serve manufacturers across Japan.

SOLIZE Holdings has reported its consolidated results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026, the cumulative first half. Operating profit came to 82 million yen, swinging into the black from a loss in the same period last year and surpassing earlier projections. Revenue rose 16.8 percent year on year to 14.274 billion yen, while net profit attributable to owners of the parent for the first half was 36 million yen. For the full year, the company expects higher revenue and profit, with revenue of 30.5 billion yen and operating profit of 500 million yen. It plans a year-end dividend of 55.0 yen, implying a forecast dividend yield of about 4.07 percent. The company is targeting revenue of 40 billion yen for the fiscal year ending December 2027 and an average annual growth rate of at least 20 percent, pursuing a growth strategy that also makes use of mergers and acquisitions.
