SOLIZE Holdings Corporation was formerly known as SOLIZE Corporation and changed its name to SOLIZE Holdings Corporation in July 2025. SOLIZE PARTNERS and Dassault Systèmes Form Partnership to Accelerate Digital Transformation in Manufacturing

SOLIZE Holdings swings to first-half profit, beats forecast; full-year revenue and profit growth expected

SOLIZE Holdings has reported its consolidated results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2026, the cumulative first half. Operating profit came to 82 million yen, swinging into the black from a loss in the same period last year and surpassing earlier projections. Revenue rose 16.8 percent year on year to 14.274 billion yen, while net profit attributable to owners of the parent for the first half was 36 million yen. For the full year, the company expects higher revenue and profit, with revenue of 30.5 billion yen and operating profit of 500 million yen. It plans a year-end dividend of 55.0 yen, implying a forecast dividend yield of about 4.07 percent. The company is targeting revenue of 40 billion yen for the fiscal year ending December 2027 and an average annual growth rate of at least 20 percent, pursuing a growth strategy that also makes use of mergers and acquisitions.
