Fujian Hai'an Energy Company Limited was recently established, with business scope including research and development of emerging energy technologies, battery manufacturing, engineering and technical research and experimental development, as well as sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities for stations. According to equity penetration data from Qichacha, the company is jointly held by Fuda Zijin Hydrogen Energy Technology Company Limited, a subsidiary of Zijin Mining, and Zhongmin Energy, among others.

Zhongmin Energy announced that as of June 30, 2026, the cumulative power generation of its subordinate projects reached 2.09 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 2.87% compared to the same period last year. The cumulative on-grid electricity reached 2.047 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 2.84% year-on-year.
