Beijing Capital Development announced that the company and its controlling subsidiary Beijing Capital Development Yixin have filed a lawsuit with the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court against Meichi Building Materials, Meichi Low Carbon, Hong Kong Meichi, and a person surnamed Zhang over a contract dispute. The amount involved is about 1.143 billion yuan, excluding liquidated damages. The case has been accepted but has not yet opened, and it is currently impossible to determine the impact on the company's current or future profits.
