Gotion High-tech's first-half net profit was 1.386 billion yuan, up 278.05% year on year. Western Gold's first-half net profit was 547 million yuan, up 315.67% year on year, and it plans to pay a dividend of 0.5 yuan per 10 shares. At its results briefing, DSBJ stated that its 1.6T optical module products have already been supplied to customers.

Chipsea Technologies participated in the project "Key Technologies and Applications of High-Precision Low-Power Analog Front-End Integrated Circuits," which won the second prize at the National Science and Technology Progress Award. Silan Microelectronics has officially launched the SZ9310 three-half-bridge low-voltage motor gate driver chip, which is China's first automotive body pre-driver chip to simultaneously obtain the highest functional safety certification, ISO 26262 ASIL-D from TÜV Rheinland, and the highest temperature-grade automotive reliability certification, AEC-Q100 Grade 0. The chip supports three half-bridge topologies, can drive six external power NMOS transistors, and integrates full-coverage hardware diagnostic circuits and layered fault protection logic, meeting the safety design requirements of vehicle-level ASIL-D systems. It is suitable for functionally safety-critical components such as electric power steering and vehicle braking systems. In 2025, the company's integrated circuit revenue reached 4.924 billion yuan, an increase of about 20 percent over the previous year, of which revenue from IGBT and SiC modules and devices used in automotive and photovoltaic applications reached 3.273 billion yuan, an increase of about 43 percent. Silan Microelectronics also plans to successively launch multiple high-functional-safety-grade devices, including a companion PMIC for the SZ9310, automotive eFuse, and body IMU attitude sensors, to build a complete domestic high-safety automotive chip solution.
