The company also undertakes engineering construction projects such as planning, water conservancy, municipal administration, landscape architecture, interior decoration, and architectural acoustics, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) general contracting. Additionally, it is involved in industrial investment, geotechnical engineering survey and design, building and municipal road consultation, architectural review, project supervision, investment management, building information technology development and services, landscaping projects, business services, and municipal engineering activities. Formerly known as East China Construction Group Co., Ltd., Arcplus Group PLC was founded in 1952 and is based in Shanghai, China.

Among this, new contracts for engineering design amounted to 1.517 billion yuan, up 3.48% year-on-year; engineering technology management services reached 369 million yuan, down 26.97%; engineering contracting reached 782 million yuan, down 45.83%; and engineering surveying reached 136 million yuan, down 17.04%. The company expects its net profit attributable to shareholders for the same period to be between 10 million and 15 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 89.1% to 92.7%.
