Pudong Jinqiao officially names new general manager Zheng Gang, filling a vacancy that lasted over a year
Pudong Jinqiao has formally appointed Zheng Gang as the company's general manager, with a term lasting until the end of the current board's tenure. The company convened the 32nd meeting of the 10th board of directors on August 10 to review and approve the proposal. The general manager position had been vacant for over a year since the departure of former general manager Du Shaoxiong in May 2025. Zheng Gang was born in 1974, holds a master's degree, and is a senior engineer. He began his career in the construction engineering field and worked for a long time at Zhangjiang High-Tech Park. He currently serves as the party secretary of Pudong Jinqiao. Pudong Jinqiao's controlling shareholder, Jinqiao Group, and Zhangjiang High-Tech Park's controlling shareholder, Zhangjiang Group, are both wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Pudong New Area. The company is building a 'Jinqiao Capital' industrial investment system, focusing on sectors such as semiconductors. It recently announced plans to invest 100 million yuan as a limited partner in the establishment of Shanghai Zhiwei Lingfeng Venture Capital Partnership, a fund that focuses on semiconductors and pan-semiconductor fields. The company's first-quarter report shows that in the first quarter of 2026, it achieved revenue of 591 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.76 percent, and net profit attributable to the parent company of 72.2754 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 29.80 percent. As of the close on August 11, its total market capitalization was approximately 10.7 billion yuan.
