China Enterprise first-half revenue 3.821 billion yuan, financing costs hit record low

China Enterprise released its 2026 interim report, with first-half operating revenue of 3.821 billion yuan, down 42.93 percent year on year, mainly affected by changes in the timing of property project revenue recognition. The company said that amid deep industry adjustment, it will coordinate the three major businesses of property development, asset management, and urban life services. In property development, the Zhongqi Yunchun Shenchun project completed centralized delivery, with a delivery rate of 99.7 percent; piling work has begun on the Xuhui Dong'an project. In the asset management segment, first-half commercial and office rental income was nearly 300 million yuan, with an overall occupancy rate of nearly 80 percent, and multinational companies such as TOTO and Adani were introduced. In the urban life services segment, the property management company newly took on 21 projects, and Xinhong Agriculture posted first-half revenue of about 150 million yuan. On the financing side, the company completed issuance of 2.2 billion yuan in medium-term notes and its first corporate bond of 2026, with interest rates hitting record lows and a subscription multiple of 3.86 times. In the second half, the company will focus on ensuring delivery, boosting sales, and stabilizing cash flow.
