Bank of Beijing first-half 2026 net profit reaches 15.9 billion yuan, up 5.63% year on year

Bank of Beijing released its first-half 2026 report, achieving total operating revenue of 38.248 billion yuan during the period, up 5.60% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent of 15.9 billion yuan, up 5.63% year on year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 1.214 billion yuan, the asset-liability ratio fell to 91.37%, return on equity was 3.90%, and diluted earnings per share were 0.71 yuan, up 2.90% year on year. The number of shareholders was 236,500, and the top ten shareholders held 45.18% of total share capital.

Bank of Beijing Lists 51% Stake in Yunnan Malong Beiyin Village Bank for Transfer

Bank of Beijing has pre-disclosed on the Beijing Equity Exchange its intention to transfer all 20.4 million shares it holds in Yunnan Malong Beiyin Village Bank, representing 51% of the total equity. The transfer price has not yet been announced. Established in June 2017, Yunnan Malong Beiyin Village Bank is the first village bank initiated by Bank of Beijing in Yunnan Province. As of the first half of 2026, its total assets stood at 343 million yuan, with net assets of 41.84 million yuan. From January to June, it achieved operating revenue of 6.11 million yuan and a net profit of 94,000 yuan. Previously, on June 30, 2026, Bank of Beijing held a board meeting and passed a resolution to dispose of this village bank, while also approving the acquisition of Yantai Fushan Zhujiang Village Bank and the establishment of a branch network. This marks the entry of the bank's village bank reform into a phase of refined and differentiated implementation. According to Bank of Beijing's first-quarter 2026 report, the bank's total assets reached 4.95 trillion yuan, with operating revenue for the period of 19.6 billion yuan, up 14.43% year-on-year. The non-performing loan ratio was 1.32%, and the provision coverage ratio was 198.04%.
