Hainan Mining first-half net profit attributable to parent reaches 514 million yuan, up 83% year on year

Hainan Mining released its 2026 interim report. First-half net profit attributable to the parent reached 514 million yuan, up 83.39% year on year, exceeding the company's full-year 2025 profit level. Operating revenue was 2.719 billion yuan, up 12.58% year on year. The lithium segment contributed 208 million yuan in net profit attributable to the parent, while the oil and gas segment contributed 280 million yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.80 yuan per 10 shares before tax to all shareholders, totaling 158 million yuan, and has launched a share buyback program of 50 million to 100 million yuan. In addition, the company is advancing the acquisition of a controlling stake in Fengrui Fluorine to accelerate its layout in fluorite resources, and has released its 15th Five-Year Plan strategic blueprint, focusing on upstream resource varieties for new energy, artificial intelligence, and high-end manufacturing.
