China Merchants Nanjing Tanker has released its 2026 interim report. Total operating revenue came to 3.309 billion yuan, up 19.37% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company reached 812 million yuan, up 42.41% year on year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 942 million yuan. The asset-liability ratio fell to 10.72%, and the gross margin was 29.85%, rising for four consecutive quarters. Diluted earnings per share were 0.17 yuan, up 46.17% year on year.

China Merchants Nanjing Tanker announced that the company plans to acquire the 100% equity stake in Nanjing Tanker Logistics held by Nanjing Oil Transportation for 684 million yuan in cash. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction but does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and it still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
