Jinhui Shares Subsidiary Xicheng Mining Obtains Mining License for Yangjiashan Lead-Zinc Mine
Jinhui Shares wholly-owned subsidiary Xicheng Mining has obtained the mining license for the Yangjiashan lead-zinc mine. The mining right covers an area of 3.6451 square kilometers, with zinc, lead, and silver as the extractable minerals, valid until August 9, 2040. This mining right was converted from part of the previously held exploration right, while the remaining area continues to retain exploration rights covering 52.9543 square kilometers, valid until June 9, 2028. The Yangjiashan lead-zinc mine is located in the Jiangluo mining area of Hui County, Longnan City, with a designed production capacity of 660,000 tonnes per year. After acquisition, the company's production capacity will increase from the original 1.78 million tonnes per year to 2.44 million tonnes per year, further expanding lead-zinc resource reserves and enhancing resource security capabilities.
