The plaintiff demands the company pay 137.5 million yuan for goods, 5.567 million yuan in capital occupation fees, 4.7344 million yuan in overdue liquidated damages, and 9.2729 million yuan in penalties, among eight claims. As of the announcement date, the case has not yet been heard, and the impact on the company's profits remains uncertain. In addition, the company and its controlled subsidiaries have nine other undisclosed litigation and arbitration cases, with a cumulative amount involved of approximately 221 million yuan.
