Total operating revenue was 96.78 million yuan, down 53.48% year on year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 52.97 million yuan, down 68.06% year on year. The asset-liability ratio rose to 71.12%, gross margin fell to 19.08%, and return on equity was negative 2.60%. The company had 22,900 shareholders, with the top ten shareholders holding 53.11% of total share capital.

ST Dongzhu disclosed that it has been sued by Hangzhou Qiantang Construction Investment Group in the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court over a supply and sales contract dispute, with the total amount claimed approximately 157 million yuan. The plaintiff demands the company pay 137.5 million yuan for goods, 5.567 million yuan in capital occupation fees, 4.7344 million yuan in overdue liquidated damages, and 9.2729 million yuan in penalties, among eight claims. As of the announcement date, the case has not yet been heard, and the impact on the company's profits remains uncertain. In addition, the company and its controlled subsidiaries have nine other undisclosed litigation and arbitration cases, with a cumulative amount involved of approximately 221 million yuan.
