Opple Lighting has provided a joint liability guarantee for a 3 million euro loan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Opple Lighting International Holdings Limited. Converted at the central parity rate of the RMB exchange rate on July 21, 2026, the corresponding amount is approximately 23.2254 million yuan. This guarantee falls within the scope of the 2026 estimated guarantee limit approved by the company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. The total guarantee authorization for the company in that year does not exceed 3.11 billion yuan, of which the guarantee limit for Opple International is capped at 600 million yuan. After the implementation of this guarantee, the company's cumulative total guarantee for Opple International amounts to 430.7274 million yuan, including equivalent foreign currency amounts.
