Chunzhong Technology released its 2026 interim report, with operating revenue of 118 million yuan, down 8.8 percent year on year, and a non-GAAP net loss attributable to the parent of 42.13 million yuan, narrowing from a loss of 43.37 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit attributable to the parent turned from loss to profit, reaching 132 million yuan, compared with a loss of 40.02 million yuan a year earlier. Second-quarter operating revenue was 72.95 million yuan, down 18.7 percent year on year, and the non-GAAP net loss attributable to the parent was 28.64 million yuan, widening from a loss of 27.09 million yuan in the same period last year. The company said new contracts in its traditional professional audiovisual business declined, while new businesses such as specialized chips and artificial intelligence have not yet scaled up. Affected by rising prices of electronic components such as memory chips, overall gross margin declined.
