Taihe Intelligent announced that its controlling shareholder, Sunshine New Energy Development Co., Ltd., plans to use its own or self-raised funds to increase its stake in the company through centralized bidding on the secondary market or other compliant and legal means, from the date of the announcement until December 31, 2026. The increase will be no less than 2% and no more than 3% of the company's total shares. No price range is set for this share increase plan.

Taihe Intelligent announced that its controlling shareholder, Sunshine New Energy Development Co., Ltd., increased its holdings in the company by a total of 1.8684 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from June 10 to July 14, 2026, representing 1.02% of the company's total share capital. After the increase, Sunshine New Energy's shareholding rose from 24.08% to 25.10%, and its combined shareholding with persons acting in concert Ge Suhui and Wang Jincheng rose from 27.21% to 28.24%. This equity change did not result in a change of controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the funds for the increase were Sunshine New Energy's own funds.
