Vland Biotech announced that, following review by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "Streptococcus suis, Glaesserella parasuis, and Porcine Circovirus Type 2 Triple Inactivated Vaccine," jointly filed by its wholly owned subsidiary Qingdao Vland Animal Health Group and other entities, has been approved as a Class III new veterinary drug. The "Qingying Granules," jointly filed by the company and other entities, has been approved as a Class IV new veterinary drug. The monitoring period for both is three years. The announcement shows that this triple inactivated vaccine is China's first triple inactivated vaccine for pigs that simultaneously prevents Streptococcus suis disease, Glaesserella parasuis disease, and Porcine Circovirus Type 2 infection. It is used to prevent related diseases, with an immunization period of four months. The prescription of Qingying Granules originates from the classic formula "Qingying Decoction" in the Detailed Analysis of Warm Diseases. Its functions are to clear the nutritive level and resolve toxins, vent heat and nourish yin. It mainly treats the nutritive-level syndrome caused by warm-heat pathogens in pigs.

Vland Biotech released its 2026 interim report on August 27. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 710 million yuan, up 8.80% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 38.56 million yuan, up 44.33% year on year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was 22.164 million yuan, up 38.51% year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities reached 56.294 million yuan, a sharp year-on-year increase of 455.96%. Leveraging the coordinated strength of its three core businesses, enzyme preparations, probiotics, and animal health products, the company's overseas revenue reached 96.325 million yuan, up 66.41% year on year, becoming an important engine for performance growth. Research and development investment was 62.034 million yuan, accounting for 8.74% of revenue. The book value of long-term equity investments fell 93.06%, due to the switch to the cost method for accounting for ADM Vland Biotech Shandong Company Limited.

Qingdao Kangdien Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vland Biotech, together with nine other entities including Qingdao Agricultural University, has jointly obtained a New Veterinary Drug Registration Certificate for chlorhexidine acetate solution from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, with a monitoring period of three years. The product is a cationic surfactant disinfectant and antiseptic, showing good inhibitory effects against common pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli, and is used for disinfection of skin, wounds, and mucous membranes in dogs.
