On August 26, Anzheng Fashion announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission had issued case filing notices that day to the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Zheng Anzheng, the acting-in-concert person of the controlling shareholder and actual controller Zheng Ankun, and shareholder Wang Haiyan, who holds more than 5 percent of the shares, on suspicion of illegal information disclosure, and decided to open an investigation into the above shareholders. Anzheng Fashion said this filing is a special investigation only into the above shareholders' suspected illegal information disclosure and will not adversely affect the company's normal operations. The company is a large modern brand enterprise integrating research and development, production, and brand management, with five major brands: JZ, IMM, MOISSAC, ANZHENG, and ANNAKRO. In the first half of this year, the company expects net profit attributable to the parent of 58 million to 85 million yuan, up 162.64 percent to 284.90 percent year on year. As of the close on August 26, Anzheng Fashion traded at 7.21 yuan per share, down more than 11 percent this year, with a total market value of 2.79 billion yuan.
