Its product lineup includes overlock and safety stitch machines, interlock and double chain stitch machines, automatic and labor-saving units, and non-apparel industrial sewing machines, as well as automotive parts such as seat belt, antenna, lamp, harness, auto door, door mirror, auxiliary lamp, headlight, wiper, and display components. Formerly known as Pegasus Sewing Machine Mfg. Co., Ltd., the company changed its name to Pegasus Co., Ltd. in April 2023. Founded in 1914, it is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
