Sumida Corporation researches, designs, develops, manufactures, and sells electronic components. Its products include power inductors, RF coils, power transformers, signal transformers, EMC coils, sensors, actuators, automotive modules, magnetic materials, filters, capacitors, and electronic manufacturing services. These are used in audio/visual, OA, automotive, and industrial applications. The company was formerly known as Sumida Electric Co., Ltd and changed its name to Sumida Corporation in June 2000. It was founded in 1950 and is headquartered in Chuo, Japan.
