Nifco Inc. manufactures and sells industrial plastic parts and components across Japan, Asia, North America, China, South Korea, the United States, and Europe. Its products include driver assistance systems, exterior, interior, power train, and engine/fuel/transmission components for automobiles and motorcycles, as well as household equipment, consumer electronics/office automation parts, and fashion/sport accessories. The company also produces buckles, fasteners, and speed lace systems, manufactures and sells beds, imports and sells furniture, and operates an online showroom for automobiles and motorcycles. Formerly known as Japan Industry Fastener Inc., it changed its name to Nifco Inc. in December 1970, was incorporated in 1946, and is headquartered in Kanagawa, Japan.

House Foods to Sell Ichibanya, Nihon Gas Announces Stock Split and Dividend Increase

Nifco announced on the 31st that it will conduct a share buyback of up to 8.3 million shares, equivalent to 8.88% of its issued shares, for up to 40 billion yen. The acquisition period will run from September 1 to September 18.
