It operates through the Energy Business and Property Investments segments, offering services such as technological development, construction of natural gas pipelines, and consultancy for heat supply and coal-to-natural gas conversion, as well as supplying and selling liquefied natural gas (LNG). The company is also involved in money lending, corporate services, and leasing investment properties. Formerly known as Northern New Energy Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Zhonghua Gas Holdings Limited in September 2018, was incorporated in 2011, and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
