It also provides liquefied coalbed gas logistics services, explores for, develops, produces, and sells coalbed methane, distributes gas, and manufactures and sells polyethylene gas pipelines. The company serves industrial and commercial customers. Formerly known as China Leason CBM & Shale Gas Group Company Limited, it changed its name to China CBM Group Company Limited in June 2014. Incorporated in 2002, it is headquartered in Sha Tin, Hong Kong.
