Eiken Chemical and Futaba Industrial Introduce Shareholder Perks, Keyware Solutions and Others Expand Programs

On July 30, several companies announced the introduction or expansion of shareholder benefit programs. Among the new introductions, Eiken Chemical will offer shareholders who continuously hold 500 shares or more for at least three years as of the end of March each year a QUO Card Pay worth 2,000 to 5,000 yen. Futaba Industrial will offer shareholders who continuously hold 100 shares or more for at least one year as of the end of September each year a QUO Card worth 1,000 to 3,000 yen, and for the first record date at the end of September 2026, all shareholders holding 100 shares or more will receive a flat 1,000 yen QUO Card. Mitsubishi Pencil will offer shareholders who continuously hold 200 shares or more for at least one year as of the end of December each year company group products worth 5,000 yen, and for the first record date at the end of December 2026, shareholders holding 100 shares or more as of the end of December 2025 and 200 shares or more as of the end of December 2026 will also be eligible. In terms of expansions and changes, Keyware Solutions changed its benefit from a QUO Card to a digital gift. Rays Next expanded eligibility from 400 shares or more to 100 shares or more, enhanced the long-term holding bonus to up to 1.5 times the first-year amount for holdings of five years or more, and added Amazon gift cards to the benefit items. Marusan Securities added a requirement of continuous holding for one year or more, expanded benefits for shareholders holding for three years or more, and changed the benefit to a nori assortment for holdings of 100 shares to less than 1,000 shares, and to 5 kilograms of Uonuma Koshihikari rice for holdings of 1,000 shares or more.
