Invincible Investment Corporation (INV) is a Japanese real estate investment trust incorporated in January 2002 under the Investment Trust and Investment Corporation Act. It listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange in May 2004 (delisting application in August 2007) and on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Real Estate Investment and Trust Securities Section in August 2006. After merging with LCP Investment Corporation on February 1, 2010, INV issued new investment units through a third-party allotment on July 29, 2011, with Calliope Godo Kaisha, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, as the main allottee, making the Fortress Group its sponsor. In June 2014, its asset manager, Consonant Investment Management Co., Ltd., revised INV's investment guidelines to position hotels as a core asset class alongside residential properties. As of the fiscal period ended June 30, 2025, INV's portfolio comprised 146 properties (104 hotels, 41 residential properties, and one retail facility) with a total acquisition price of JPY 653,066 million, and its hotel portfolio, at JPY 612,281 million (104 properties, 18,871 rooms), is the largest among all J-REIT hotel portfolios.
