Japan Logistics Fund, Inc.

Japan Logistics Fund, Inc. is the first J-REIT dedicated to logistics properties, targeting real estate and other assets used for logistics facilities primarily in the Tokyo Metropolitan, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka areas. It was founded on February 22, 2005 under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951, including subsequent revisions), with Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. as the founding planner, and listed on the REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on May 9 of the same year. As of January 31, 2026, the end of its 41st period, it owns 52 properties under management with a total acquisition price of 293,467 million yen and total assets of 274,137 million yen.
