Daiwa Office Investment Corporation

Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (formerly DA Office Investment Corporation) is an investment trust established on July 11, 2005 under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, with Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Da Vinci Select Co., Ltd.) as the founding planner. On October 18, 2005, it conducted an additional public offering of 99,600 investment units, and the following day it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market (Stock Code: 8976). The total acquisition price at listing was 79,573 million yen, and as of the end of November 2025, it was 464,354 million yen (excluding silent partnership investments). The Investment Corporation specializes in office building investment assets, particularly those in central Tokyo with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 m2 or more, aiming to secure stable profits and sustained growth in investment assets.
