Japan Excellent, Inc. (JEI) is a real estate investment corporation under Japan's Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, primarily investing in office buildings. It is externally managed by Japan Excellent Asset Management (JEAM), a licensed asset management company. JEI was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 27, 2006, and was established on February 20, 2006. As of June 30, 2025, JEI held 33 properties with 302,340.95 square meters of total leasable space and had leases with 610 tenants, excluding residential tenants.
