AlzChem Group AG, together with its subsidiaries, develops, produces, and markets chemical specialties in Germany, the European Union, the rest of Europe, Asia, the NAFTA region, and internationally. It operates through three segments: Specialty Chemicals, Basics & Intermediates, and Other & Holding. The Specialty Chemicals segment serves the chemical, food, animal feed, defence technology, and renewable energies industries, while the Basics & Intermediates segment produces raw materials for specialty chemicals, agriculture, and metallurgy, as well as intermediates derived from lime, carbon, and electricity. The Other & Holding segment provides chemical park operations, administrative services, and infrastructure services. AlzChem Group AG was founded in 1908 and is based in Trostberg, Germany.
