AEP Plantations Plc, together with its subsidiaries, owns, operates, and develops oil palm plantations in Indonesia and Malaysia. The company harvests fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and shell nuts, processing them into crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernels, biogas products, and rubber slab. It also applies agricultural practices such as zero burning, integrated pest management, soil and water conservation, and biomass recycling, and operates biogas plants that generate and sell electricity to the national grid. The company was formerly known as Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC and changed its name to AEP Plantations Plc in November 2025.
