Most assets in the Group's portfolio are let on long leases containing index-linked rent review provisions. Its asset manager is Martley Capital Real Estate Investment Management Limited (Martley Capital), a full-service real estate investment management platform covering real estate investing, lending, asset management and fund management. Martley Capital has over 40 employees across five offices in the UK and Europe, and manages assets valued at circa £1 billion across 30 mandates as at 31 December 2025. Alternative Income REIT PLC was established on 18 April 2017 and incorporated in the United Kingdom.
