Sensorion SA

Sensorion SA is a biotechnology company based in Montpellier, France, focused on developing therapies to restore, treat, and prevent hearing loss disorders. Its pipeline includes SENS-501, a dual AAV vector gene therapy in Phase 1/2 trials for restoring hearing in patients with mutations in the OTOF gene, and SENS-601, a preclinical candidate for hearing loss caused by mutations in the GJB2 gene. The company is also developing SENS-40, a small molecule in Phase 2b trials for sudden sensorineural hearing loss, in Phase 2a trials for prevention of residual hearing loss following cochlear implantation, and in Phase 2a trials for prevention of cisplatin-induced ototoxicity. Sensorion was incorporated in 2009.
