AltynGold plc, together with its subsidiaries, explores and develops a gold-producing mine in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The company explores for gold and silver deposits. Its flagship property comprises the wholly owned Sekisovskoye mine and the Teren-Sai projects, located in northeast Kazakhstan. Formerly known as Altyn Plc, it changed its name to AltynGold plc in December 2020. Founded in 1997, the company is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom, and is a subsidiary of AGold Mining Group Plc.
