Autonomix Medical shares more than double after $4.9M warrant deal
Autonomix Medical entered a warrant inducement agreement with an investor for the immediate exercise of outstanding warrants covering 857,462 shares at $5.75 per share. The exercise is expected to generate about $4.9 million in gross proceeds before financial advisory fees and other offering expenses, with the transaction expected to close on or about August 26. Autonomix Medical has entered into a warrant inducement agreement with an existing investor expected to generate about $2.6 million in gross proceeds through the immediate exercise of warrants. Under the agreement, the investor will exercise November 2025 warrants to purchase 428,731 common shares at an amended exercise price of $6.00 per share. In exchange, Autonomix will issue two new unregistered warrant series, D-1 and D-2, each exercisable for 428,731 shares at an exercise price of $5.75 per share. The transaction is expected to close on or about July 15, with proceeds used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Autonomix Medical sets 1-for-21 reverse stock split effective June 24
Autonomix Medical, Inc. will execute a 1-for-21 reverse stock split effective June 24, 2026. Every 21 shares of common stock will be consolidated into one share, reducing outstanding shares from approximately 11.4 million to 543,000 while the authorized share count remains at 500 million.
