Amaze Announces Trading Halt and 1-for-8 Reverse Stock Split

Amaze Holdings announced a 1-for-8 reverse stock split after NYSE Regulation halted trading in its common stock due to an abnormally low trading price. The reverse split will become effective at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on July 24, 2026, with split-adjusted trading expected to begin on July 27 under a new CUSIP number. Every eight shares will be combined into one, and no fractional shares will be issued, with any fractional entitlement rounded up to a whole share.
