Zephyr Energy secures up to $15 million non-dilutive financing for Paradox Basin project
Zephyr Energy has lined up non-dilutive financing of up to $15 million for its Paradox Basin project in Utah, with Atlas Oil Company set to be repaid purely from future production, and no shares will be issued or working interest sold. Quantum Blockchain Technologies received US approval for a patent application covering technology to cut redundant calculations in Bitcoin mining hardware and will explore licensing deals with established ASIC manufacturers. Pathos Communications expects first-half revenue to jump 14% to $7.3 million and adjusted EBITDA to rise 31%, as its AI platform and new sales structure drive a roughly 30% increase in monthly client sign-ups and more than double repeat customers.
