Arrive AI Reports Q2 2026 Results and Commercial Scaling Progress

Arrive AI reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $14,700, consistent with first-quarter levels and up slightly year over year excluding a nonrecurring consulting project, while its reported net loss widened to $14.1 million from $3.7 million a year earlier due to $9.7 million in noncash note-conversion expenses. On a non-GAAP basis excluding those charges, the net loss was $4.3 million. The company said cash and liquid investments rose to $5.1 million as of June 30 from $2.1 million at the end of December, with a monthly cash burn of about $1.1 million, and it has an S-3 registration for up to $100 million, a $15 million at-the-market offering, and $19 million in remaining prepaid advances under its 2025 equity line facility. Arrive AI expects to ship more than 12 AP3 Plus units by mid-September, targets an AP4 launch in the first quarter of 2027 with supply chain capacity for hundreds of units, and is designing its APX generation for tens of thousands of units. The company also announced Piyush Phadke will join as CFO on August 17, bringing more than two decades of Wall Street experience.
