Avacta Appoints Patrick Vink as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director

Avacta Group Plc has appointed Patrick Vink as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director to its Board of Directors. Vink currently serves as Chairman at Arch Biopartners Inc and is a board member of Spero Therapeutics Inc, where he chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He also chairs three privately held companies: Micreos Group, Secura Bio Inc, and F2G Ltd. Previously, Vink was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc and a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations between 2013 and 2015.
