Kingdom Capital Advisors disclosed a 7.2% position in Beasley Broadcast Group Class A shares, marking the first time the firm has filed with the SEC to report a 5% or greater stake in a single stock class. The investment advisor highlighted that Beasley had faced severe debt challenges, with its notes trading at 25 to 30 cents on the dollar, before a debt-for-equity exchange offer reduced net debt by nearly 100 million dollars. Under the new terms, if the debt is not repaid, the holders will take control of 95% of the outstanding stock.
