Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited, or BC, has announced a partnership with Accor, a global hotel chain, to launch the first greet brand hotel in Asia. greet Bangkok Sukhumvit 16 Jono is the brand's first hotel in the region, opening on August 1, 2026. It is designed for travelers seeking convenience, uniqueness, and value under the concept of feel good, feel greet, with four room types: Pop Deep Sleep Room, Pop Art Room, Pop Recharge Room, and Pop RechargeX Room, accommodating up to two guests per room. The common area, Feel Good Space, includes a lounge zone, co-working area, and library corner. Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited, or BC, is preparing to list its fifth series of warrants, BC-W5, on the Market for Alternative Investment on 22 July 2026, as a mechanism to enhance liquidity and raise funds for its property projects. BC-W5 was allocated to existing shareholders free of charge at a ratio of 10 existing shares to 1 warrant, totalling 58,158,319 units, with an exercise price of 1 baht per share and an exercise ratio of 1 warrant to 1 new ordinary share. If fully exercised, the company will receive additional capital of over 58 million baht. The warrants have a lifespan of 7 months and 11 days, with the first exercise date set for 31 August 2026 and the final exercise date on 26 February 2027.
